 Pre-Order Booking Process

1. Order Booking – Once you place your order, it is processed within 5 minutes to avoid any delay.

2. Factory Processing – Your order goes directly into production at our factory.

3. Factory Timeline – Within 7–8 working days, the product is completed at the factory.

4. Warehouse Arrival – Once ready, it reaches our warehouse. Orders are grouped into slots (around 100 pieces per batch).

5. Shipment to Us – After the slot is packed, the parcel is shipped to us by flight (faster than sea shipping).

6. Transit Time – It usually takes 10–15 working days for the parcel to reach us.

7. Sorting & Dispatch – The same day we receive the parcel, we sort and dispatch all client orders.

8. Delivery to You – After dispatch, delivery within India typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

Note: As pre-orders involve production and batch processing, they cannot be exchanged, returned, or modified once booked.
