Exchange & Return Policy

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
* All products can be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving your package.
* Exchanged product delivery time depends totally on the availability.
* We do not offer any refunds, in case a client doesn’t like a fit or a product, He/she has to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package via email or whatsapp.
* A store credit shall be provided of the same amount of the last order, which does not include shipping charges.
* In case, a defective piece is received, an unboxing video should be provided to us via email or WhatsApp within 72 hours of receiving the package.
*In case of returns, Clients have to send the package back themselves & pay for it. (Any shipping charges at the time of order won't be added to the credit note.)
* Please note that intimate wear products (bodysuits) will not be eligible for exchange due to hygeine factors.
* Exchange and Return is limited to once per order. If an order has been exchanged once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
* store credit has a validity of 6 months.
* Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Avoid perfumes, talcs, makeup marks while trying the products due to hygeine factors.
* Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer.
